Culture and Biology
The way we look or perceive how others look is bound to one’s own culture. What one eats, what one likes to eat, how much one eats, and what flavors appeal to a person are largely defined by one’s culture. The spices used in west Asian cooking is far different from the western European cooking. The body image of people from the southern Pacific is very different from the body image of Eastern European people. These are all cultural differences and these can affect how a person thinks they should like.
